Malta - Ruth Farrugia Director of Foundation for the Wellbeing of Society

Professor Ruth Farrugia of the University of Malta spent the past year chairing a National Commission on Child Policy and Strategy and drafting a child protection act which is now before the Parliament of Malta. She assisted the new President of Malta in creating a President's Foundation for the Wellbeing of Society. Now she has been honoured to be confirmed as the first Director of the President's Foundation for the Wellbeing of Society.
